Booking Terms and Conditions

Bookings :

We will hold a provisional booking for 5 days from date of booking until we receive a deposit of £100.

Deposit :

£ 100 to secure the booking, this will be held as a cleaning and inventory deposit and will be repaid in full immediately after your stay – subject to damage or breakage. Guests will be liable for the cost of any damage caused to the property and all carpets and appliances. We accept no liability for any injury caused to guests during their stay at Frantoio del Bartolomei or loss or damage to guests' property.

Payment :

Full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival. We will forward an invoice by post or email after we receive your booking deposit.

If we do not receive final payment by the date due, we will assume that you wish to cancel your booking.

Cancellation :

8 weeks or more before arrival = £100
4 weeks or more before arrival = 50%
4 weeks or less before arrival = 100%
If we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund all monies paid.
We recommend that guests take out travel insurance for the period of their stay.

Smoking :

NO SMOKING in the apartments please.

Pets :

No pets are allowed.

Conditions :

The apartments are available from 4pm on day of arrival, and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Guests are responsible for leaving their apartment in a clean and tidy condition. We would appreciate if beds are stripped.
The apartments are let for holiday purposes only and must not be sub-let. The number of people occupying any apartment must not exceed 6 unless prior arrangements have been made.
